So, I contacted Chris Mueller and Paul Campos, CU law professors, as well as BCBA Access to Justice Commissioners Laura Ruth and DA Mike Dougherty. So far there is no dispute that: a) My ideas for improving integrity, competence, and efficiency are better than anything IAALS or Brittany Kauffman has thought up. b) IAALS has no evidence that any of their ideas have improved the administration of justice in any case in the US since IAALS inception, or that any judge has even mentioned IAALS ideas in a court order. c) No one at BCBA agrees with BCBA ex officio director and district judge Dea Lindsey. d) For good reason, no one at BCBA is willing to testify as an expert witness regarding Dea Lindsey understanding of the law and evidence. e) Variety of judicial officials disagreeing with Melissa Hart, Brian Boatright, and the ABA/CBA DAVID STARK: I am not going to discuss or respond to any of the evidence you submitted, and I will not permit you to question me in front of my committee. There is no misconduct, and I am informed our staff was very professional.
